Great content but app always crashes

My 5 year old loves the videos. Very educational. But the iPad app does not work for the majority of time and we just ended up wasting the subscription.

Well idk if I would of liked it because it gave me a subscription thing right when I got in the app. I mean can I just get an app without subscriptions

So much great content and really teaches in a fun way. My 4 year old daughter loves it. Teaches scientific stuff in simple and engaging way, about human bodies and functions and writing and art and crafts and they are constantly updating it with new content. Def recommend.

Great app but it has a lot of glitches and doesn’t work half the time really is a waste of money if it won’t work

We purchased this app in Nov 2018 and it always crashed 1-2 minutes after starting it. We e-mailed the company/help desk and no response. It was a waste of $70.

I love this app and so do my kids. My only thing is I wish it worked on profiles where you added the child’s age so the learning path was for the age group. Because obviously my 5 year old can do way more than her 2 year old brother can and yet the lessons are all the same.

This is the only subscription app that my husband and I know is not one to be cancelled. Our family utilizes this app so much it pays us both back in the education our child receives and retains! The Marco Polo Learning Team does a great job showing the world to kids and introduces complex concepts to young audiences in such clever and relatable ways. My child just started kindergarten and is excelling because she has received a broader world view and understands more about how things work through this app. Thank you all for the years that we’ve gotten to spend enjoying this learning tool as a family! The sky’s the limit!

I subscribed for monthly subscription but the 7 days free trail wont start. It won't let me do an account and log in. I cant do anything im just watching the app do nothing. It only took my child's name and age. After that it keeps asking for subscriptions over and over and when i subscribe i get a message u already subscribed. And it goes over and over again..
