Great Concept but more needed

The concept of learning using videos and fictitious characters is great. However the follow on activities are very repetitive. They use the same template of tracing / pattern matching that becomes mundane and boring for the kid. It needs to be more interactive.
Excellent App but needs improvement

Would love a way to keep my 5 year old from bypassing the activity at the end of the lesson....Maybe removing the little toggle under the videos? Other than that, I love how it turned my kid into a walking encyclopedia that teaches me things I didn’t even know.
Too many games

There is no control from parents to filter out games. Once my kid knows how to nav to the games, he never listen to any other content, although the content is good.
Won’t allow me to cancel

I have tried calling, emailing to cancel the subscription. I was able to unsubscribe but you continue to charge me $10 a month. The app constantly crashes and it gets very boring after a month.
An engaging way to learn.

I have spent 2 hours on the phone with Apple to get this app to stop billing us. Not only have we canceled this app, after being canceled we were charged twice from this app on the same day. Still working with Apple to resolve this matter and get a refund!

Learning in another language

My son is currently learning German. Can you please set up a program for multiple languages... he can not learn in English because it will confuse him.
