If you are NRI I recommend not to opt for assisted service. They charge hefty amount but it is almost without any service. They remain unreachable. They are not reachable even during Indian office hours,forget about hours it mentions in the contract. They dont respond quickly. Response usually delayed by day or two. If you drop message or email them, You have to send them reminder.. Not worth and not reliable people.. Assisted service or any other online service is just an earning tool for them without doing anything... 1st level grievence redressal is also pathetic.. they dont care .. They just dont read emails... I tried email and reminder.. They didn't respond..

The app doesn’t even do basic filter of profiles properly. Crashes all the time. Poor performance and usability. Disappointed.

The user interface with iPhone series x is terrible. Filters doesn’t work properly. The app is slow. Even after being a premium member, a pop up shows up saying the purchase was not successful. I mean what service are you providing. It is total disaster.
