This app has become an incredibly critical part of my pre-production process. I absolutely love it. Makes an independent filmmaker's process go by much more smoothly!

I love this App. I don't live in my home state anymore and when I go back it's hard to find some of my families Grave Sites. When I went back a year ago I thought I would give this a try. I just love it! It's even allowed me to mark my families GPS info in FindAGrave.com. Simply amazing! I do wish there was a dedicated iPad App!

MapAPic has become an important part of my photography workflow. This software has enabled me to better scout new scenes and find them again to take better planned images with more effective composition. The GPS and other locational data that it provides is just awesome!

I live in NYC and I'm always stumbling along great spots I want to shoot but never remember exactly where they were. Map-A-Pic helps me remember and helps me get their with google maps. It's also great to show clients sample locations to nail down where they think is best for your shoot

Great app! I will use for scouting locations but also to capture info I need for publications as I shoot. The inclusion of the sun schedule is genius! Ps. Tech support is speedy and friendly.

I am a filmmaker here is my experience using the app. First it's too slow to take a picture. You have to click "add photo" then "use camera". Forget adding photos from a car, its too slow. You can't share the locations with a team of people unless they all have the app or you spend hours transferring the locations and photos to a pdf but then you might as well use a different app. Each saved location has a small thumbnail as a preview. If you have a 10 "park" locations and you are looking for a particular angle you need to look one by one until you find it. I can't really use this app because of these things. If it could export the location with all the photos it would be useful imo.

Dropbox backup, a easy to use and info centered interface. Tags. Notes for each location. I'm a photographer who travels and scouts A LOT. Love this app and would highly recommend to any shooter.

Quick and easy with just the right features!

I had been looking for a quick and simple-to-use app to helping me log locations I find for my landscape photography. This app has all the features I need! GPS, notes, searchable tags, photo attachments, direction links, sunrise/set info, and now data backup to Dropbox! I use this app to remind me where I parked sometimes too. :-)

Great app, i shoot a lot of family portraits

I love this app. However the email feature kills and close the app. I think this is the best feature since i can send the location map and a pic the my clients. Please get this fixed as it may not be compatible with this latest ios version.
