New Phone

Got a new phone and password is gone. Tried “forgot password” and get error. Email support 2 days ago no response. Son is now driving guess I will use Life 360 now since can’t log in. Thanks for no help!!
Keyboard stuck

I have been trying to add safe places to my daughters profile. Adding the address through the map works fine but once I go to the title field and the keyboard pops up, it doesn’t go away and I can’t scroll down.
The app crashing on start up has NOT BEEN FIXED

This is why I don’t buy apps. I paid for three months and the app won’t even open. It crashes as soon as I try. Don’t have time for this. I want my money back and there is nobody to help.

Drains battery. Downloaded it at 6am by 10am phone was at 59%. No other apps used. I like that you can see location and get check in updates, but I really wanted to use this for the speedometer part. However, it only tells you if they go over the set speed. I need to know if she is spending on any given road. Taking main roads, high ways, and interstates that all have different speeds I can't use one set max speed.

Have not been able to resubscribe for weeks despite updates, deleting app and redownloading. Not ideal. When it worked it was useful.

Excessive amount of intrusive ads including video ads that cover the page and force you to watch before checking on your kids. Most are 14 second videos ads and pop up ads on top of that. I get a video ad now every time I open the app. It's ridiculous. Once you get through the ads you'll see that the app has terrible accuracy, making it useless. It's a shame because this app used to be great! I loved it and recommended it often. Sadly, now it's just a waste of time. Don't bother.
How do you verify you are a legal guardian?

I tried to add a child and it said I had to verify that I am a legal guardian and It did not have any way to do that.
