I think this app is terrible and the developers or whoever is recording it is even worse. My granddaughter downloaded it so we could communicate, and I can’t open the app it just is a blue screen; they have sent me a “magic link” which doesn’t work. I have emailed on numerous occasions with no response. They just send me a new “magic link” that doesn’t work. I have asked for my money back, again with no response. I would not recommend downloading this app is been nothing but frustration and disappointment for my granddaughter and me.

I have twin nieces and this has been such a blessing for our level of communication! I get mail from them regularly and love sending them back pictures and drawings! Don't know who likes it more me the old lady or the kids! They are 7 just FYI. THANKS FOR THE GREAT APP!

I have seen my friends use it and it looks fun and works well but it won't let me get on. I have downloaded it twice waited a day and hit done over and over but it still doesn't work. Please fix that. Otherwise I think it's a good app but the bug is killing me!!!!!!!???? Now I just got it to work! I don't know how but now that I do I recommend this app completely. If what happens to you that happened to me keep trying and have patience. It is a great starter email and is perfect for anyone including 10 year olds who just want to talk to each other. This app has a bunch of cool photos and is easy to operate once you get going.

My kids are states away and I love that we can send each other hugs and kisses via Maily! It's so easy for kids 4 yrs and up. We have all the family members connected and I can view all emails. They have no idea that I can monitor that, lol! Love it and it's a smart app.

Great kid friendly app

Safe and easy way for me to communicate with my kids. They feel like they are messaging like I do, and I don't have to worry about anyone I don't know attempting to message or text them without my permission. Just with I would get a visual notification on the app icon rather than have to wait for an email to let me know when I have a message from them. Update that one piece and it would be 5 stars!
