Great for learning at any level!

I was a decent chess player. I knew the basics that is. With Magnus I could pick what level of education I had for chess and continue my education from that level. This app allowed me to learn so much about chess. It has strategies, games to help improve your speed, placement techniques, value in pieces and so much more. I used to play chess with my dad all the time and he would always win. Now he finds it difficult to win a game against me. If you’re looking to improve your chess game this is the app for you.

I’ve been playing chess for years although I’ve never been amazing. App helped me improve and figure out how to move in different situations you see most games. Only annoying bits are premium of course and a few odd bugs; Magnus being bad at chess, cannot advance in lesson, having to replay sessions etc…

Unfortunately, I can’t share a screenshot but some of the tactics puzzles incorrectly mark valid solutions as wrong. Usually it’s my fault, but in this case I verified with an engine.

It’s an awesome app to learn chess, recommended for all.. But I would really suggest , there are many kids learning through this app including myself, so paying for membership is a little less, since we need permission from our parents, and not all parents will be eager to pay for an app for learning chess, since they can learn themselves So I would really appreciate if the membership is free, so that all the kids and everyone can experience those nice things and be more interested in chess
