randomly doesn't connect, sometimes it fixes itself, sometimes you need to restart the DVR (manually)... its a security system, its worthless if I can’t rely on it remotely. Evaluating more reliable replacements... Other issues it can take up to a minute for a connection to establish and to see the video feed which is too long if you want to check who is at the door, playback at increased speed (2x, 4x, 8x,... etc) is painfully slow and as such useless to effectively scan through hours of surveillance footage, and when you download the footage it does so WITHOUT including the timestamp rendering your video download useless for investigative purposes. Its an amateur system at a pro grade pricepoint with no meaningful support. would not buy again...

Cameras used to work good on 4G network now that I have 5G network the cameras run very slow very frustrating to watch not very good for security set ups like we have it for.

loads to a black screen, sometimes doesn’t load up at all. frames lag/drag and need to constantly reset by backing out which renders live view useless. please fix and I will update my review after.

We spent all this money on cameras and the it is your app used to display footage that doesn’t work sufficiently. It is slow to load, typically crashes first then you reload, and even working it’s very choppy. Not sure how to resolve it. The newest update made it worse. Is the camera install person responsible or the application itself because the cameras have clear resolution but playback 99% crashes and freezes. The app also drains entire home internet speed and wifi. I don’t like to write a bad review, just frustrated because there isn’t a new update to fix these problems. Is Ring a better option?

I’m hoping the developer will see this and hopefully update the app. I’m having an issue viewing my cameras on my phone when using data. Everything works great on my local wifi here at home or when on wifi somewhere else. Upon doing some research, it seems this app or my dvr is not compatible with ipv6? Will there be an update to ipv6 that will allow me to monitor my cameras using cellular data?
