Cannot connect

When I try to open camera, the app show me “P2P device not connected!” What is that mean? Could you fix it?

The systems has not been connecting. There is a lot of crime especially the one that happen on my block and it work for about a min and it kick me off this was the the first time. For the past month and half now. Get your crap together people!

Randomly stops working and I cannot view remote sites until I physically come to reset device or Comcast router. This is a horrible way for a multi thousand dollar set up I was sold

It never stays connected. It always says “P2P device not connected”. Please help! What is some trouble shooting tricks I can do to get my cameras working again on my phone? This is a giant liability!
