I download a magazine and it's supposed to show up in the viewer. It does not. Tech support told me to fix by doing everything I had already done, apparently doesn't know why there is a problem ...

One of the amazing digital content apps out there! Will definitely talk about it with my friends.

I used the app and I published a magazine ( 30 page family news letter) both the app and service exceeded my high expectations .

Limited navigation tools, zoom is not smooth. It is possible to read a magazine using this app, if you had to. But you wouldn't choose to. Other publication apps are far superior.

I can no longer show potential clients or galleries the art exhibition catalogs I am either featured in or have designed myself! The ability to do so WAS a great promotional feature that I can no longer take advantage of.

Bought a digitable magazine for the first time because of this app and it will not even open. Keeps crashing. What a scam

Won't open previously purchased magazines. When trying to purchase new magazines there is an alert that app won't connect to iTunes. Contacted support - no solution. App doesn't work. Would give zero stars if I could.

I love this magazine app! I have never encountered any problems with downloading, retrieving, or reading current and previously purchased magazines. I have magazines from two years ago that I look through for ideas all of the time. Anytime I have a question, I send an email to customer service and receive a response within two days. I highly recommend this app for you magazine collection!

App crashes constantly on my iPad running iOS 8.4. Can't read more than a page or two before it shuts down.
