Great but sometimes I'm waiting forever

Lately I haven't been able to use Lyft I end up wait for 20-30 min till my phone dies and have to get another cab. And I'm in midtown.

Tonight we had our 1st Lyft ride and it was pretty awesome! Our driver Carla Rosana Flores was on time and got us to our destination quickly and safely.

Lyft drivers cancel our rides every time they find out we are going to the east bay. I have to request multiple cars every time. So stupid. I just got in a car, the driver took my request and then asked me to get out of the car! Bad service!

This app has to be the worst. Awful navigation, app always lagging. SO UNRELIABLE. Done using this garbage app, always making me late everywhere.

They charged me a Lyft line down the block for 8.00 for what used to be $3.89. They are expensive and trying to jip people out of their money. Iii should’ve know the change was coming after they offered me a 10.00 fee to get normal priced Lyft lines. Do not use, they do not appreciate customers
