More than once a driver has gone to the wrong spot to pick me up and then left, charging me $5 for a canceled ride fee. Should I download uber?
Unauthorized charges on a card I haven’t used in over a year

Ok, Lyft very disrespectful and unprofessional! I requested a lyft and clearly left a note stating that I needed a driver with a car seat, if not I asked if I needed my own. No driver ever showed up only called me to tell me that they didn’t have one. I was redirected to about 6 different drivers, when I tell them I left it in the notes about the car seat they all said it doesn’t show up until they are about to pick up.(?) So my ride was $10.64 or something like that on the card I was originally using and was actually charged. Then I see a $12.78, $6.00 and a $15.74 ALL FROM LYFT on the card. I used another card over a year ago March 2018 and they tried to charge that one too all on the same day of the other transaction, UNAUTHORIZED! Sent several emails and no response it’s been over 2 weeks now. Sadly I’m going to contact the BBB and fraud department.

I had the best driver ever!! Polite, courteous, fun, kind, caring and a wonderful communicator! Miss D was wonderful... would love to have her a driver every time I need Lyft service!

They’re charging me 100$ damage fee for damages I did not do not the other passengers and they did not provide proof even when I asked again twice.
