Awesome Game

I really like this game. It plays the full range of scalable capabilities—you can make it as hard as you like. It is very easy to play.

I played this happily for years and then my phone as it died slowly began to open this app up in its default mode so, for the first time I just played along with the situation of all of the armies pre-placed randomly. It’s my new favorite game! I set it at all Reapers except for one that is set for hardest AI. I turn purple off because otherwise I will usually get killed off before 3rd or 5th turn. With the armies randomly placed, it is a completely different game each time as I have to fight for totally different areas. I win 65% of the time or better. It makes you look forward to having any delay that you encounter throughout the day so that you can play a game. If you can’t finish, a decent phone automatically saves the game. Get ready for a new bff! Hint: Be patient. Let your enemies beat each other up. Don’t be too aggressive until mid game.

Love the variety of maps (Land of Oz & Siege Lux are my faces). The AI is programmed well and usually gives challenging games. And the options make for fun twists on the classic rules (although the Biohazard bugs out the AI) when you want to alter the game velocity.

You will like the free game, but, you will love the deluxe version. Lots of new maps. Free downloadable maps. The maps have much better detail than the free version. Some maps are for short games others for long games. Best of all the games are automatically saved so you can Finnish them later. Well worth the 7.99 I paid. This is my favorite app

Been playing this darn addictive game for years. Absolutely worth the money - this game is classic! (If recommend to turn the sound effects off if you’re playing while in a work meeting, or on the toilet... ?)

I HATE the most recent updates. This crazy suicide mode that sane be turned off. The inability to truly set levels for opponents. Used to be that medium level meant medium level. Now, regardless of the level you choose for your opponents, they do exactly what they want. I used to turn to the game for mindless meditation. Now. It’s just frustrating and random. I truly hate it now.

Only thing missing is online multiplayer

Have loved this game since I played it on the Mac almost 2 decades ago, keep wishing online multiplayer would come to iPhone like it was on the desktop. Making random friends, chatting in-game, trash talking for fun... that would make this a 5-star iPhone experience.
