Reviews

Good , but...
Clonsilla

This app is very useful. Only issue is that the snooze time I've set up is not transferred to the alarm clock, if this is fixed it would be 5 stars.

App okay, could use some enhancements.

App does work as intended, with a bit of hand holding. The one thing is that if you have the alarms on, when you get out of the app, it automagically turns off the alarms and you risk syncing with the alarm off. I will use this nightly to charge the Iphone, so there is definate risk there. It would also make sense to have 1 sync button for both alarms, it sounds good, but needless to do both, just set them both, sync once. Additionally, I would like there to be more choices other than only IPOD, FM and Chime - Allow more sounds to wake up to... The 24 hour toggle and the Dimmer does NOT work unless the phone is actually plugged into the clock, so dont get frustrated that the app is not responding, it's like when the mother ship is there, the goodies come alive. Overall, good app, I would actually pay for more options and functionality.

App needs a lot of work to be useable
d18ge

This app still needs work for it to integrate well with the Luna Voyager radio. If you are planning to use this to wake to music from either the radio or iPod be prepared to be blasted out of bed as the lowest setting is 05. Also, the snooze adjustment does not work. You can set it to however minutes you want but you get 11 minutes each time you hit the snooze button. The app does a pretty good job of controlling the radio but the alarm function, which is the reason I bought the radio in the first place, is useless. If all you want to do is wake to the chime, then it works. But, waking to music is annoying because it is so loud.

No Time display on the iPhone/iPad
CaptK007

It would be great if there was a time display on the iPhone/iPad as well as on the extremeMac device. The low profile of the device makes it difficult to see the time so it would be good it the time was displayed on the phone or iPad as well. Date and weather would enhance the value of this combination as well.

Agree with all the rest

app is clunky and needs a fix to flush out all the bugs. we also need an option to stop the auto sync of the time. personally, I set my time 5 minutes ahead but its then pointless to dock my phone.

Mostly Worthless
frke

The clock is pretty decent except that it never remembers the brightness and alarm volume. As for this app, I have little desire to use it. It's not immediately obvious how to set an alarm. Once you do figure it out, it only reliably sets the time and source. Those are important but I'd rather not have the volume blasting early in the morning. You can't reverse sync alarms from the clock to the app. The other feature, setting the source and selecting a station, are a bit clunky and not all that interesting. The buttons on the clock itself, while cumbersome since a single button does multiple things, are better than fumbling with the app.

Could be much better
fbara

This app could be much better if any of the developers ever tried to use it with the XtremeMac Luna clock. I like the look of the clock and the fact that it has red-colored numbers (instead of white) is the biggest plus for me. However, this app is clunky to use and the most important settings, volume and brightness, reset after each use. The snooze function us absolutely worthless. No matter what you set it to, it always uses 11 minutes. Change it all you want, it doesn't matter. I don't want an 11 minute snooze! How hard can this be to fix?!

no day of the week settings
Cbking11

This app would be so much better if you could set the two different alarms for different days of the week. I don't want my alarm going off at 6:30am on the weekend!

Useless At this version of release
Michael Silver

All I need to say is Ditto to the earlier 5 reviews. It should have been fixed by now - Feb 2012. Don't believe the OEM puts any effort or attention on tgis app otherwise there would be some updates rolled out.

Alarms need work
Bernie Rozmovits

The alarms really need a day of the week setting. I want to sleep in on the weekend.
