I’m very disappointed with this app for many reasons. One , I’ve purchased filters & they no longer show in my inventory. When I do buy a filter , it takes forever to show up... I’m not talking 5 or 10 minutes, I’m talking a half hour or more. I hate the noise, they should either have NO SOUND EFFECTS or have a way to mute them. Some of their filters are just plain stupid. There are DIGITAL ARTISTS out there Lumyer... something interesting please. I do like it in some ways , but I think it should give at least a 15 second play time & not 7. Hopefully someone will listen, then I will change my review to a better rating & recommend it to my Digital Artist friends. Thank you It’s been an hour since I purchased one of the sunset filters... it STILL doesn’t show up in my inventory!!!!! NEW UPDATE: I’ve paid for filters, pressed restore & I no longer have acess... Werble is 1,000 times better... & I doubt you will respond.

Worse app ever!!! They don’t fix anything broken! Vertical ratio has not worked for MONTHS and I’ve told them over & over again. They refuse to fix it and I have no pen and they won’t answer me as to why. Werble is much better plus werble gives you more layers for FREE. D0NT waste money on this frustrating app!!!! AND READ some of the questions people ask. Lumyer NEVER gives a straight forward answer but instead beats around the bush with responses that AVOID the questions like they did to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tried AGAIN!!!! Now this stupid App won’t even let me choose my image jpeg jpg , without kicking me out of the app!!! Lol Sooooo now I cannot even use the app AT all after paying for effects etc! I’m reporting them for scamming!!!! I’ve written to them and they ignore me! Yep I’m reporting them!!!!!!!!! Can I get my money back I wasted?????

This was a great program and I have had it for several years and each time I open I restore my purchases. Now it will not load or save pictures. All I can do is look at effects. What happened to this great app.
