Screen rotated upright instead of landscape, couldn't play as i was able to rotate and reverse upright so it wasn’t my ipad

3 times this has happened to me since I’ve started playing games on this app and it’s always when I play the Royal Reels. I get 5 Kings and it starts the bonus screen then I find the king in the bonus screen which means I should win the jackpot. Nope I don’t get the jackpot. It’s bull crap and I’ve even spent real money on this app. Just for this game to screwed me out of a lot of chips. I guess it’s does that because the game makers want you to pay more real money for chips.

This company is horrible and they resist reimbursement for chips that are not credited because of network errors! I would never buy another chip from them! There are now 23 others who are joining me in not buying chips from this company!
Spent too much for so little

Just spent over a hundred million chips and not one free spin or bonus. Not to mention that you can never win the bonus games on the first try without spending money to buy more tickets.
