3 times this has happened to me since I’ve started playing games on this app and it’s always when I play the Royal Reels. I get 5 Kings and it starts the bonus screen then I find the king in the bonus screen which means I should win the jackpot. Nope I don’t get the jackpot. It’s bull crap and I’ve even spent real money on this app. Just for this game to screwed me out of a lot of chips. I guess it’s does that because the game makers want you to pay more real money for chips.
