Great R.C. Prompter!

MichaelSometimes

Listen people, what you really need is a basic, simple reminder throughout your day to do a RC. That's it. This app does that extremely well. 1. Just set how often you want it to remind you, maybe randomly too, then pick the sound. 2.The default tone is great bc it doesn't cause attention to yourself. You don't want to be at work and start to hear some long, loud bells. No. You want to be discreet. You'll feel more comfortable too. Default works really well. 3. Set it at max 64 ( this just means that it will continually repeat the reminder, example, every 55 min, without having to open the app. 4. The mirror camera is optional. Don't get all distracted with it. All you need is the sound to prompt you, then do a reality check, ie, look at your digital watch / the time displayed on iPhone/ or read something, look away & then look back. That's it. As long as you are really questioning your reality, that's that's the key. There's no need to improve this app, it does precisely what you need to TRAIN YOUR BRAIN to recognize the sound tone & then do a reality check. After about a week of this, you should have no problem doing a RC in your dream, when you hear the tone. 5. Let this app run while you sleep. 6. Hear the tone while you are dreaming 7. Your dream self will look for a clock, (I look to my wrist watch) or words 8. You notice that you are dreaming!! SIMPLE VERSION: Hear tone, question your reality. Get lucid. That's it. Great app. If you want to have a lucid dream, this app is a great key!! Also might want to try Lucid dreaming app, even though it's $10, it helped me have some very vivid dreams. Keep dreaming!

Does what I need, with some clever touches

The interface and icons look a little home-made, and they are selling a ton of separate IAP that would certainly be overpriced if you really bought all (or even several) of them. And here's why I don't mind: - I don't need any of the IAP. I want state-check reminders throughout the day, push-driven without leaving an app running, and this delivers that. Other free apps I tried did not work as well. (I haven't tried any paid ones.) - This has some nice touches: custom messages in the push notification (I could even display emoji in them). Non-blinding night mode (although it doesn't much matter: the notifications are enough, so I hardly ever launch the app itself). And random alert sounds. That's clever, because I want to train myself to do a state check often, all the time, no matter what, NOT in response to one certain sound. (I use this in the day to form habits, not at night.) It has other features, but I don't need them personally. - The IAP is not in your face; it's easy to ignore. There are no reminders of it unless you try to USE something you haven't bought. I'm tempted to buy something to support the developer, but I feel no pressure to do so. - The iADs are equally easy to ignore. They're not full-screen and they don't crowd out anything important. - It's free! I can put up with some ugly graphic design at that price.

Okay

EllaBella123!

I wish that there were not so many in app purchases. The app is free so the stuff so should be too.

Don't get the point

FireflyNealie

I don't understand the point of this app, but it does do exactly what it says and works very well. It is easy to understand, too.

Great app!

The app tells me when to do reality checks for any interval so I can get closer and closer to lucid dreaming

After wAtching inception and experiencing my own awakenings, ive started to gv myself reality chks when i feel i hv entered a void or lost control in life. I do a short check to c if this is my dream or the other persons. This app will def assist in what im already doubg!

Perfect

Heyjohnmurray

This is exactly the app I have been looking for all week. I bought the DreamsDiary and Dreamer apps and neither of these did half of what this app does. Really like the interface and the custom tagging option. Not ire if I will do the audio recording bc I think it will take up too much space.

Everything in one

SaucyFaucet

I am very excited to use this app. It's wonderful and is a complete collection in one! I don't need anything else to make my lucid dreaming experiences complete! I have my journal, alerts, etc. all right here
