All is easy to navigate and use, it’s the connection and log in that’s a problem. Playing with a partner oftenly disconnects, making the reason I use Lovense Remote, useless. All while in some updates, logging into an account is inoperable, forcing you to go solo until the next patch is out. x iOS user
Old App, Same Problems

For starters, I should have read the reviews on this before buying it. It was such an exciting concept to me and was ready to use it. But now, I’m nearly ashamed to show it to my partner as it disconnects nearly every ten seconds. Reading other reviews, even ones from 2 years ago, have shown that it has not improved. Which is a shame cause of the whole concept. It’s expensive paying for half the performance. Please update this, maybe disconnect it every 20 seconds ;P
App needs serious work

The toy itself works great unfortunately the long distance feature which it was purchased for doesn’t work as it should and I haven’t received any feedback from customer service as a resolution
Updating breaks it

We’ve now bout a lush 3 and had it replaced after a month because after the app updated it wouldn’t connect anymore. So we get the replacement. And as soon as the another update for the app came in it stopped connecting to the phone. How does this keep happening.
Absolute rubbish on iphone

Will not sync to music. Connection and stability is absolute crap. Wife’s android version works perfectly. Syncs to music, control works flawlessly. Iphone is junk and their apps are junk. You want to see this work like a charm, get an android.

I’m curious as to just how far one can control your toy, like distance wise!! Cause I have a friend from out of state I’d love to let have control of my toy!!! She’d love the ability to do that

I used the android version up until very recently and it always worked great for me. I can point out a few bugs. When listening to music and syncing vibrations on the app the ‘sensitivity’ slider is inoperable because it overlaps the iphone 13 pro home button on the bottom of the screen. At times in long distance chat when a message goes over two lines the lines will stack over eachother and be unreadable. In the toy settings you can change the name but can not fine tune the maximum strength of effects as the other settings menu in the same page just wont open. Good app I love the features but it needs some polishing or at least an update to function on the iphone 13 pro.
iTunes Music no go!

I am loving the toy I got and great that I can make my own patterns but I can’t sync my Apple Music or iTunes music directly! Or at least get sound from internet porn or something. Still great 5 star product will buy more in the future!
