So happy

AmyFlorence

I’ve tried a friendship lamp but the Lovebox puts it to shame. Being able to send supportive and encouraging words AND pictures has made it one of the best gifts I have ever given to my live-alone and far-from-home daughter.

Although app is still broken for me, I have to commend the developers for the fast response and follow up even after a few years! Hopefully it gets fixed for me soon- great product and support.

App needs improvement but great concept

Betsy_K

Love having family send me pictures. Wonderful gift and concept. Downside is the software. I no longer get phone/watch notifications. The pictures disappear when you put the lid back on, which is the only way to check for more “love.” If you put the lid on and the heart spins again, you open it and find a new message, but if it doesn’t spin, you open it to find a disappointing pixilated phrase with your box’s address. It would be far better to not lose that last image and still display it, so you never want to cover it. The heart doesn’t spin between sequential messages that come in for me. Also, checking the app, I see not all messages have come through. :( Reports from sender that they are having difficulty getting message to send sometimes. You’re on the brink of being so much better and with programming being what it is today, not sure why you haven’t achieved some of improvements.

Keep in touch w/ Grandkids

Gave a Lovebox to my kids, and I send notes to my grandkids every day - the app let me set a time to be reminded every day so I don’t forget. The app has tons of cute templates, fonts, digital stickers - my daughter says that the kids wait by the box and dance and laugh when the little heart spins to notify them. It has brought SUCH JOY!! What a great idea!!

Can’t begin to say HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS❣️

awesome sausome musome

We are a good 8 hr. drive from my parents, now in their mid-80’s, a tough drive to do for them OR us “young’uns”, even before this stinkin’ Covid pandemic made it downright impossible nearly 2 years ago. THAT shut down our visits completely, and, horrifically, my Mom suffered a stroke and I was unable to get to her. I have LONNNGGG struggled with bouts of severe depression & anxiety, and during these bouts, I WILL NOT ~ though I know it may be in my best interest ~ answer my phone, reply to or even look at texts/emails, nor will I call anyone, because, in the sickness in MY MIND, my thoughts are that I will be a burden, that nobody wanted to get a call from some “Debbie Downer”, or that no one is interested in a call from someone JUST to get an earful of “Woe Is Me…Poor Me…”, or maybe they think I’m expecting some kind of pity or something. ALL of that kind of crap ALWAYS plays out in my head during bouts of depression and anxiety before I have to do even the simplest of things…even just call my Mom/Dad/Bro to say HELLO, I LOVE YOU & WANTED YOU TO KNOW. So, they would be left with numerous messages TO ME ~ knowing that the last time they spoke with me I was very depressed ~ asking how I was doing GOING UNANSWERED FOR DAYS ON END. But this summer, my brother got our Mom a LOVEBOX. I finally got the info on how to send messages to it at Thanksgiving, and IT HAS BEEN A TOTAL GAMECHANGER‼️ Now, no matter how I am feeling, if I think of my Mom, I can just send her a quick little note to let her know (no smartphone for her!), without the added anxieties. Thanks LOVEBOX❣️❤️

Teens

Whelp, for any parent-of-a-teen … they don’t necessarily WANT to talk with you, some days. But all days you want THEM to know that they are loved! Lovebox helps keep the love-notes flowing. Although I’m guilty of being “that mom” who put notes in lunch boxes and at the bottom of suitcases, so perhaps my kiddo is used to hearing from me in this kinda way … but I find it a lovely way to remind my tween-now-teen: I love you always.

Thoughtful Gift for our College Kid

We bought this for our daughter to get fun messages from us (her Mom, Dad, Brother & Sister) in her dorm. It’s more fun that just texting and she loves it. We had the lid engraved with a message to read when she is homesick and we all love sending notes to her LoveBox when we are missing her. Super fun! ❤️

I love my LoveBox but…..

I love my LoveBox, but I hate the fact that now they offer one in color and I’ve had the black and white one for years! I really wished they would offer some sort of trade in credit!! At first the App had it’s issues, but now it’s much better!! I really enjoy it and wished more of my friends had one!

Such a thoughtful idea

My mother in law and Mom both love to her heart mail!! The cats especially love the spinning heart lol I would give five starts but the stickers and choices to send are out of date!! Please add more and recent 2022 options

This is a wonderful gift for children whose family is spread out through the country. We love it.
