Horrendous !!

Since Christmas we have tried to connect this thing to Bluetooth and it never connects. We have yet to get it to connect via Bluetooth. It's a stuffed paperweight. Today is (January 8th 2017) so imagine since Christmas not getting this thing to connect to the Bluetooth. It finds the toy. We get "connection timeout" then it can't even find the toy anymore unless we turn off and on the toy again. Waste of money. This was totally a money grabber for hasbro. Fix the app so people can connect to this disastrous toy.

I love it and my child loves it too. He is 2 and he takes Elmo every where with him so cute that Elmo does flash cards with him. I have a iPhone plus 7 my phone works fine with app.

This was a birthday present for my son who adores Elmo. I have tried and retried to download the app from the App Store for my iPhone 6. It states that it is unable to download at this time for the last 5 times I tried. What good is this if the app is unattainable
A review and a request

First off, we ADORE this elmo. He's awesome and works great. My request is this- can you PLEASE make it so I can set elmo to sleep longer than 10 hours? My son usually sleeps 12 hours every night (I'm blessed, I know) but lately elmo wakes him up earlier than that since Elmo wakes up two hours earlier. Please. Help.

This app doesn't connect to the toy. I phone7 with 256 GB storage. Bluetooth says it's connected then the app says connection timed out. Then it worked and I created password then it disconnected. Not a cheap toy to have such a bad app. Ridiculous

Got this for my grandson for Christmas. Not even a month later it stopped working. It only says one phrase when you turn it on and then nothing!!! I tried seeing if I could fix it through the app and the app is a joke! It keeps saying enter password and when I do it says wrong password even though I know it's correct. No way to try and reset the password! Guess this toy is just an Elmo stuffed animal now. So much for interactive! What a waste of money!

Since Christmas this doll hasn't worked once. Ive tried to connect it to the app multiple times from different devices. Never worked. The instructions say it should work without the app. Nope. Pushing the tummy and clapping the hands doesn't work. Reset multiple times it has fresh batteries, nothing. When you turn it on it makes a little noise and that's it. Elmo hasn't said one word let alone my child's name. Junk. I even exchanged it for a new one. That one doesn't work either. Complete waste of money. I don't have the heart to take it away from my toddler because he loves Elmo. I guess it's an overpriced stuffed animal. Don't buy. If you got tricked like me return it.
