The app needs serious work to be user friendly -product search is not supported.

You have to re-pair the app with your luggage if you update or change phones which is extremely frustrating to have to find the QR code again - and who uses QR codes?!?

This ap is not very user friendly. It's not that easy to navigate and what's the purpose of downloading it if I can't view all of the products and then it suggests going to the actual website. Unless there's an easier way and I missed it- I would recommend just using the website.
