Doesn’t let you pair your luggage

I tried multiple times to scan my luggage to protect it. Great concept, if it worked.
Can't find the stickers....

And when I tried to write to the "Contact" page it kept freezing. After deleting the app and downloading it again I was able to "write" but the font was so tiny that I couldn't read anything. Terrible app, especially for a company that makes so much money.
LV disappointment. No selection.

Out of the entire LV handbag collection, they show only 4 pieces that are seemingly unattractive and very inspiring. Perhaps I will return to Chanel or YSL

A very cool concept of scanning images to reveal content. You never no the what the background story is until you scan their image but it's always a delightful surprise.

I regularly purchase Louis Vuitton items when I can get to a local retail store but when I can't this app puts me right in the middle of the store and gives me all that I need to complete a comfortable transaction while either at work or even at home.. A+++
