This app does put me into a deep sleep. I recommend setting a timer even if you turn the awaken setting on. I have never woken up without a separate alarm. I have noticed fewer cravings and more self control in my diet since downloading this a week ago. I use this app when I tan or nap and then use Sleep Well to sleep. You probably don’t need the sleep specific app if you notice that this one puts you into a deep sleep. I love this app and plan on continuing to use it for a long time.

I almost can’t believe how great this app is. I had been researching hypnosis and was really skeptical, but for the price of this I thought I would test it out first hand. I have been carrying around an extra 14lbs 2 Years after the birth of my kiddo and just couldn’t muster up the confidence to lose weight or really push myself. This has been the game changer I needed. In a week I’ve lost 4lbs and know this will help me even more. I’m able to stop snacking, eat when I’m hungry, and stop eating when I’m full. All firsts for me because I have an emotional attachment to food. I should note that 1/4 of people can’t be hypnotized, but I think this is worth a few dollars to find out if it works for you. Thank you to the makers of this app!!!

These apps are fantastic but I paid up for the Pro series for all of them and I still get stuck listening for 15 minutes about how to operate the app! Very frustrating!! How about just list the instructions or a recorded instruction that is separate so the rest of us don’t get stuck listening to instructions for 15 minutes every session.

The only difference between free and pro is the 5 minute hypnotic booster. $3.99 would be worth it if there were more audio selections. The Pro version is a waste of money. I was truly hoping for more.

I'm typically skeptical of everything but after listening to this after only one night, I saw changes the following day. My temptations to soda, candy and sweets were reduced significantly. It's worth trying.
