I love this app! I got a group of them in a package and it helps me fall asleep.I really feel that it is helping with my eating and exercise as well.

I absolutely love this app. I am usually skeptical about these type of things but this really does work. I purchased the pro version and am able to use the hypnotic booster and change all the settings. Within the first week I started to eat less and eat better foods without even thinking about it. I have lost 16 pounds in three weeks and don't even feel like I am struggling. Each session also gets me very relaxed and I feel great afterwards. I enjoy doing each session for the relaxation alone.

The first week I really liked this. But by the second, (she tells you to listen for 3 weeks), I was bored. I wish it got you into the trance faster and to the point of the tape quicker. I have seen a hypnotist in person so knew I was susceptible. It can be done in 10-15. This tape is closer to 30. I don't yet know if it is actually working. Feels like it.

I have used tons of hypnotherapy on YouTube, but this one is the best. It is to the point, soothing and can be looped. I have always had trouble getting to sleep. Now, I put my earbuds in as soon as I get in bed and fall asleep fast. With adequate sleep I don't eat junk to give me energy. I feel great!
