I downloaded the updates last night and used it this morning in a local Subway store. It worked to my surprise, however, now two hours after that successful use I got an error message that says LoopBleController is not in IDLE state. It's unusable again. Please fix the issue, I really want to use this rather than the Apple Pay.

- Update - Really, after the app update, case card still not connect to Bluetooth automatically. Need to discover and bind every time. This app is no longer compatible with the new iOS. I could not access setup page and menus. Case card is no longer shown up in app. Need update, it's been too long since the last one. The app is quite good. Would be better if touch ID could be used instead of PIN.

This item and app is useless anymore. They came out with a so called fix for the OS9 and guess what, NOTHING happened!!!! I used to tell everyone about how much better this was over ApplePay - not likely to do that anymore!!!!

I don’t know what happened, but this app has gone downhill fast. Perhaps it’s the merge with Samsung and the Apple app put on the back burner, I don’t know, but what I do know is that you wouldn’t think the LoopPay card and the app were ever meant to work together. I have to rebind my accessory each time I wish to set a new default card on my LoopPay card. There is no battery indication anymore. There are no settings to modify how the button works on the device itself. The app is clunky and unresponsive. The cards move in whatever order they decide to be in, not the order I put them in. If I could leave zero stars, I would. The developers should be ashamed. Fix the app or give me my money back for my LoopPay, because the device is useless without a functioning app.

Waited weeks for this iOS9 update and there's still problems! Great support since they were bought by Samsung! ? Emailed my issues and received a reply that they haven't seen my issue. Maybe they should just read these reviews. Plus look at the website. All hardware is OUT OF STOCK. Tells me everything I need to know. Bye!

Is Apple holding up new version to solve issues or its it LooPay?

For whatever rerason, what was a great alternative to carrying card and some other information has now become a useles piece of plastic. Ihave been told a number of times that the people in Massachusetts have "solved the issue" and now await the "great Apple" to approve. If Apple is the culprite..shame on them!! If it is LoopPay dragging theiorfeet with their new oqwners, then shame on them and I weant my money back!!! For both versions of a noe defunct product. Next step could be perfect for Class Action by all the owners of a piece of plastic with no value!

unable to add cards... This app always has a lot of major bugs, but now it just simply not usable at all. Give up loop wallet from this moment.

I have used Looppay for over 2 years and was hijacked when Samsung took over. Now they have turned the greatest product in the world to the least accessible. I will definitely join the class action suit against Looppay and Samsung for not understanding that losing millions of IOS users will choose to be costly to their brand. A product was used with ALL smartphones is limited to less than 10 Samsung brands.

Can't connect to server

I have just changed banks and can no longer change my default card in the app because the app can't connect to the server. Stuck with a brick of a iPhone case and fob. Completely awful.

I've had looppay for over a year and it WAS great. However it appears that right around the time this summer when this was sold to Samsung it got bad, unstable and unusable. It appears that Samsung has no incentive to keep up with the app for iPhone users?
