Simple cost questions and request to speak to a human being for answers

I am new to this app And so far in finding it very frustrating and mostly because there are so many questionable and hidden costs! All I am trying to do find out how many “scam likely” calls can be stopped. I also looked briefly looked at another similar app only to learn they are completely related to this app and that was obvious because of the miss spelled words within the description! in their description of what they offer and how hard they been working to improve their service. This was not only a little bit uncomfortable but seemingly to me it is business offered in bad faith. Nothing is for free in this technologically run world I am forced to endure. All anyone cares about is money money money money money whatever happened to caring for other people and focusing on helping other people instead of trying to simply scam them. How about this idea allow people to earn points or services by proving to do some community service work? That ever crossed anyone’s mind I highly doubt it! I highly doubt this review will wind up being publicly displayed. Too long in which case please let me know if I will shorten it but most importantly I would like to have some answers to some questions regarding how to use this app without having to be charged monthly fees etc.

I can not find anything free in this app. I’ve never got a name and only a town. How are they going to charge a person with supposedly all the other info when they can’t supply a name. I have not seen anything free yet. There are other reverse apps FREE that give more info.

Having to buy credits to lookup numbers is a definite downside. I’d rather use google for free.

Ugh... just wanted to lookup a number and it’s all about Credits this and Credits that. The login doesn’t even make sense. Garbage app.

This app does nothing. All it says is the call is from a certain city. No duh, I could have figured that out all by myself. 20 credits = $30. It takes 1000 credits just to reverse one number. This app is a joke.
