I’m lost ?? – Look Up - Reverse Phone Lookup Number & Caller ID Review

I can not find anything free in this app. I’ve never got a name and only a town. How are they going to charge a person with supposedly all the other info when they can’t supply a name. I have not seen anything free yet. There are other reverse apps FREE that give more info.
