Won’t let me login to my service provider

Having same problem as @misslovelymonet When u click on your provider to sign in, NOTHING happens. Won’t even bring up a login screen. Crappy app.

I sign in, then it tells me to sign in again, and then, it won’t let me choose my provider... even though I’m already signed in. Never lets me get beyond that screen

Exact same issue as another reviewer. It’s wants me to log in but if I click on my provider nothing happens. Nothing happens for anyway I click except on the “see more providers” but once I click there it dumps me back on the image where nothing works. I logged in successfully in the settings tab but when I went to view a show it told me to log in.

I love that I can access these shows when I can't get them on On Demand, but the adds have become ridiculous. I do not typically have a problem with them but they are super repetitive and frequent. Switch it up a bit and it would be good!
Can't log in!

I cannot log in with my cable provider!! I've been trying to log in for WEEKS. How is this still an unsolved issue? Isn't it costing the network views? You can't even get passed the first step of logging in because you can't click on any of the links... all I want to do is watch rupauls drag race on my own schedule!!!

The app freezes when I attempt to log in via the show page and won't allow me to select the cable provider. When I log in from the main menu, it doesn't it. I tried reinstalling the app and checked systems requirement. Nada.
Y’all be messing up

How can y’all be a major television station owned by Viacom(vh1, mtv, cmt, bet, and more) and can’t get a simple app to work. Every other station that has an app works perfectly yet this one doesn’t.

How do you not have Comcast xfinity? It’s literally one of the most popular cable providers out there. I pay for cable and yet I still can’t watch my show? Not cool! And don’t tell me to watch bonus clips or extras! No one cares about those!

bummed out drag fan
but this app won’t let me watch a full episode without it crashing on me. and there isn’t a “resume watching” function so it’s difficult to find where i left off. so... meh!
