Clearly, OPTIMUM is there, but its not allowing me to click on it. What the hell is that about?? Its not allowing me to use it.

App never works, can’t log into my cable provider because it doesn’t let me click the link.. literally can’t even use it

I LOVE Rupaul’s Drag Race, but can’t always watch it live, so I depend on On Demand and app access to catch up! It’s been incredibly frustrating that the app doesn’t allow me log in to my cable account so that I can have access to watch. What’s the point of requiring a cable or satellite account when your app doesn’t let me get to the page or window to login?!?! I select my cable provider and the app just hangs and hangs and hangs. I tried un- and reinstalling, but it didn’t work. ?

I’ll give it 4 stars because it lets me watch drag race but to watch the episode I left off on I have to search “RuPaul’s Drag Race” and type it perfectly and fully in order for it to pop up. Also when I press the back arrow it takes me all the way back to the front page, where I have to type rpdr in again to go to the next episode.

When I try to sign in with my cable provider it doesn’t do anything so I’m unable to watch any shows.

I Have Tv Provider But The App Won't Let Me Sign In

My TV provider is Spectrum.... Right on the front screen when it asks you to sign in to watch a show (while you're already clicked on a certain episode). But every time I click it, nothing happens. Absolutely nothing. Then i click on "View All Providers" because maybe the link from that screen just doesn't work, but even when i click my provider from the scroll down menu, it still takes me nowhere. BUT when i go to Settings and try to sign in there, IT SAYS I'M ALREADY SIGNED IN. So i click "Start Watching" but guess what? Still have to sign in from the video's screen. But I can't do that because none of the buttons take you to any of the providers they offer. What's the point in offering that if it doesn't even work?? So basically the app is trash and won't let you watch anything because it won't let you sign into your provider.

This app has already been slow and horrible, but now it won’t even successfully open. It just crashes before it can even open.

I found it difficult finding how to connect with my tv provider. Then some of the episodes of the tv show I wanted to watch started glitching and wouldn’t play on my phone. After I found episodes that work the app wouldn’t connect to my google chrome cast. A few minor updates and this app would be perfect. I feel like the developers don’t do a good just on maintenance for the app.
