App acts like virus

When I opened app after download it gave me error saying “failed to register...make sure you have internet connection”. When I clicked on get help in your app, it took me to your company page but my browser said it was unsafe and the website could be impersonated... what the heck is wrong with it?
The company shut down! Why is this still for sale?

I’m looking at an article online — says the company shut down after acquisition negotiations fell through! No wonder there haven’t been any updates or replies from company support! Does Apple even know this???????

Paid for a year - after a couple of months on my phone with almost constant restarts this app won't even start at all. Removed from my phone and there isn't even a way to contact for a refund.

I have had this app for a month now and I just made my monthly payment, but now I’m getting an error message it won’t even let me in my account! So how do I even know if it is working or not? To top it all off I have 1 alert showing and can’t even see what it is!

Why am I continuously getting a “ failure to register, please restart app. Make sure you’re connected to the internet,” message!? I’ve restarted app, have even deleted the app and reloaded it. Why am I paying monthly for this? I hope to get a respond ASAP. Disappointed

This app worked wonderfully until I installed iOS 12.3 at which point it simple quit. I’ve rebooted it, re-installed it and rebooted my phone all to no avail. It’s simply not working.
