I paid for the app yearly but every time when I need to log in to use it ! I couldn’t use it at all! So if it doesn’t work, so please refund the money back to my account ! Thank you!

Canceling Subscription

Not happy with this app and they make it IMPOSSIBLE to figure out how to cancel an upcoming renewal. Their information stated to go to your iTunes account, but all subscriptions are kept elsewhere in IOS. Sent them an email so it will be interesting to see what their response is. Their policy is on ETA it’s renewed, too bad. Not impressed with their alleged customer support!

The only problem I had was that it wouldn’t let me add my twitter account because it said browser not supported, and my instagram which would never make it to the login page, it would just stay loading forever.

I really believed I had tried em all and seen it all as far as what info of mine has been exposed but I was totally wrong! After installing lapdog, I was alerted to secure accounts I had forgotten about that were associated with totally different devices and email from a long time ago which was surprising. Most surprising was that I was alerted about data breaches I knew had occurred but had no idea what was stolen yet this app provided me with the specific details so that I was able to fill out more on my reports to the FTC..using the link provided with the breach info. I def am impressed and the best part is the super fast VPN!

I have tried contacting them by email 2 times. Both times I received a ‘got your message and will be with you soon’ but it has now been weeks and no reply. I have truly been a fan of LogDog but recently I noticed a problem and tried to get their help.... no reply. I just looked to see about canceling my subscription but I have not yet found where I can do that. Ugh! Please LogDog redeem yourself!!! New edit: I got a reply from LogDog through this review, bu when I hit the 'contact the.....' it goes to a list of questions and answers. I still have no way to communicate my concerns directly to them. Please help.

Please read whole review-I purchased this app and for a year I would make sure it was working and scanning the information I provided it. For 10 months it didn’t show I had ANY issues. Then I had to remove it this week for about 5 minutes. I knew that added some work for me, but no big deal. I had paid for a year. So I started adding all the exact same email addresses, the same info provided for credit card and everything. I couldn’t believe what showed up. It was now showing that all my email address, Facebook, a credit card and more had all been compromised. Some of the issues showed problems to my email addresses going back to 2013. So I’m trying to figure out why for 10 months LogDog doesn’t find any of this info, but now they do. So, I sent 4 emails to the company about what I had discovered. Because the more I tried to get things protected the more issues kept showing up. And it got to a point where I wasn’t sure if it was LogDog now not working correctly or if it hadn’t worked correctly before. How can you charge over $50 a year for a product you CLAIM is continually keeping my information scanned and safe and yet it’s ALL a lie? Because if your system missed it for 10 months shame on you. How could you miss in 2019 issues that your app is now saying happened in 2013? When I purchased your App last December, why did it not find these issues? What about the credit card? Funny thing is I don’t have that account anymore. Yet, your app didn’t tell me if a potential issue as you claim it will for 10 months. To add insult to injury, after learning of this screw up-the only thing your app says is to change my password. Or I can contact my bank, plus run a credit check. It’s more than a little late for that now. At this point I might have just posted my passwords and card number for all to see if the only suggestion after missing it for 10 months is that! I can’t believe that I’ve also sent email after email after email to your company about this issue. I was trying to handle it quietly. I didn’t get any responses, not even someone will get back to me in 72 hours. Just plan nothing! So, not only does your customer service not care, your product doesn’t work, you took my money under completely false pretenses-it’s a train wreck with no solution because no one will answer my emails. So, because you couldn’t be bothered to answer me I now have to write this horrible review. All I can do is hope that anyone that currently has the app sees this and tries what I did. Remove the app. Then reads it. Once you put your info back in-are you getting alerts you never received before. Did LogDog take your money while pretending that the app worked? Lastly, shame on ITunes for allowing an App like this on the App Store. You helped this company steal my money. You claim over and over that you check out these companies-but do you really? I feel so scammed by LogDog and the App Store. I would never have purchased this App if I hadn’t found it on the App Store and it doesn’t even work correctly setting up EVERYONE who purchased it to get their info stollen especially when it’s too late. FYI: Thank God I change my passwords on my accounts regularly. Because if I had the same password for 10 months my Identity would probably be gone, plus an extra $52 for this crappy app. Don’t Buy this for any reason!!
