No split screen multi app support

Aelindgard

As a lot of school/education services uses Lock Lizard DRM, the inability to open the material side by side with a note taking application severely lowers the usability of the app as a means to both consume the material and process the material. Please return add the functionality that allows the reader to be used in multitasking mode.

A very very dated app

CHOMPYCHOMPS

Please update with 1. Ipad pro support 2. Apple pencil support for annotation. Please take cues from PDF expert 3. IOS 13 support for splitscreen

Years behind

Decent DRM, but having had to use it for class materials, the highlighting markup features are abysmal.

Far behind other document viewers

I understand that its digital rights protection is excellent, which is why publishers love it, but for us readers, this is a terrible, terrible app. Highlighting capabilities are from the early 2000s (you can’t highlight as if with a highlighting marker, for example), and you cannot even get the thing to zoom in at the page level and stay at that zoom setting. It treats content as one long scroll, basically. Rubbish app from developers who don’t even respond politely to requests for more contemporary look and feel and capabilities.

Needs 12.9” Support!!

This was chosen by a comic book publisher as the platform for viewing its digital comics. Works reasonably well for viewing the protected digital comic files (which is a pain, but I understand). HOWEVER, without 12.9” iPad support, the files look stretched and terrible on the 12.9 iPad Pro (my and many others’ preferred way of reading digital comics). The iPad Pro 12.9 has been out for years now - this update for this app is long overdue. If you’re going to contract with a comic book publisher to be the only way to view its digital comics, this update is an absolute necessity. This app would get at least 4 (maybe 5) stars from me if this update were implemented.

Clearly developers don’t care about this app

Contacting them is useless. They just tell you to contact the content provider without understanding the issue is on their side

July 28 2017 new update release

Pax43

It appears that the July 28 update fixed my crash problem. I have just tested a little bit. Thanks Not working after July 7 2017 update. It crashes every 2 minutes or so

crashes

Crashes every time I select a document in the app for an iPad mini using iOS 9. Please please help fix this, I have an online textbook I have not been able to access. Edit: now crashes when I select a textbook on the iPhone app (iOS 10) and does not allow me to send crash reports on either device.

At last!!

Just started using it and so far easy to configure with license and upload my PDCs. Thanks so much for finally supporting iOS. Hopefully you are planning on adding annotation support soon?
