Removed the weather channel

Ever since they removed the weather channel live stream this app has become worthless

Until you can live stream The Weather Channel on devices and AppleTv, this Local Now app is useless. There are hundreds of weather apps that offer better information.

I got this app for both the live stream and the local now features, but now this a just an app that is on repeat throughout the whole day!!

I really enjoy the app.. but why can you no longer stream live tv.. I really enjoyed being able to stay current on all weather especially during hurricane season Updated... this app is useless if you are not able to stream the live channel.

Truly awful app now that they removed The Weather Channel. I cannot begin to fathom what could have motivated the delusional suit who decided to remove the one thing that made this app stand apart in a sea of weather apps, stream of Weather Channel, and instead make it into a soul-less shell of its former self. There is a major hurricane going on that everyone wants to know about and instead of that they shower you with generic roses and tell you cinema coverage. Uh, what? Complete waste of space.

I like the new app, but maybe make a Weather Channel Livestream app then so we can livestream without having to use the weather.com/tv stream

I don’t use this app for my city, but to stream the Weather Channel. My “local” is a city that I visit maybe once a year. This app is useless to me. Bring back live stream and I’ll change my rating.

Used to enjoy as the go-to for the weather channel. Now may as well just use other weather app and TV. Unloading this blah blah blah app that it is now.

It’s a great way to get a local snapshot in a few mins as I have breakfast or prepare for bed. My wife is enjoying it too. While the content can be improved in volume and other ways the reason I gave it 5 stars is, I LOVE that the news is given as facts without opinions. I would like to see a bit more interactivity as it grows. By this I mean, it would be great to be able to select suburban areas outside of the metropolitan locations for news and weather. I would also like to have a larger variety of news sans opinions, which I feel is the biggest asset here. Keep it up.
