Fun learning game

This game is more challenging than I expected, combines the fun of trying to catch lizards with learning lizard ecology. Highly recommended.

Fun game!

My daughter (4.5) has been playing this game and really gets into finding the lizards and tagging them. Also love that you can touch on the other things on the island and get some information about it (both with words on the screen and a lovely voice that reads them aloud for those that rant reading yet). Recommended!

Shut down

It seems like this game could be fun, but the game shuts down after island A. Every time I start over it shuts down trying to go to island B. I even tried deleting the app and redownloading it. Needs to be fixed.

Suggestions.....

This app is awesome! It can be really fun to find and tag the lizards, but it can hard to find them at times. One suggestion I have is to add a few more tagging options besides dots. I love the colors, but maybe adding stripes or plaid might be fun for creative kids. Also, I really hope more islands will come out as well, for I love to explore them. One last thing is I wish you could have more species of lizards to explore. That could really add to the experience. Lastly, sorry I just had to. Add one last thing, is that I hope you can name the lizards soon. I know it's silly but I think it would be very fun for kids and cool for any one. In all, this app is totally worth the cost to me, and supplies me with loads of fun experiences! Thanks for the fun!

3 year old can't get enough!
Audrey's World

Catching lizards and tagging them? How long can this possibly hold her interest? That was a month ago and the answer seems to be, "Indefinitely!" My daughter is almost 4 and cannot get enough of this game. I took off a star because the process of "capturing" the lizards requires you to tap them first. Must have missed that instruction, because it was a little hard at first. But once we figured it out, this game became her favorite. She's practicing fine motor skills (rotating the ruler to measure the critters), categorization (a hermit crab is NOT a lizard), mapping (only one creature per "region" on the island) and so much more. The game is quite simply super-- and deceptively simple! Highly recommend for younger kids even though the target age is higher.
