Need to fix constant bugs

After transitioning from Android to IPhone for about six months now, I can tell you the performance of the application is terrible. Constantly freezing, can’t go to previous song like I use to be able to, and when the majority of your competitors allow at least two devices to stream at once it’s a little aggravating that I pay for a service with so many repetitive issues and limitations. Hope you are working on updates to fix soon because I use to love the app more than any others.

This app was draining my battery in the background by 84 percent . I never seen that happen before that is crazy . Deleted app

Have this apps for years! Premium membership for years! This app is getting more and more confusing and hard to navigate. With each update it seems harder to find what you want, I understand they what you to go to someplace new and find more stuff they offer. Can’t fine tune your station thru app anymore at least I can’t figure out how. New buttons hidden icons, really? It’s not just me, was at work yesterday and recommend this app to a co worker few weeks ago. He said today and I quote “ what the hell! How to I play my station? Everything is jacked up!” I’m sure they will continue to make it more and more complicated then it needs to be, so is life. May need to start looking elsewhere for my music app. Seems like Every time I figure this thing out they change it and make it harder to use.

Maybe don't allow political banner ads in your music app. Even when other music services use ads, they aren't that stupid - they actually want to court their customers and make them feel comfortable shelling out cash after a while. Also, the UI is about as ugly as they come and often doesn't load properly. I remember Slacker from 2009 - I didn't expect it to be stuck there.

I have had problems over the years trying to restart subscriptions through iTunes. This last time, my account would sit and idly spin if I tried in my new iPhone - no matter if I had tried to renew through the app or on the website Safari. I finally had to get on my desktop to renew it. I’m debating cancelling my service because, despite being relatively content with the product, I’m unhappy with the support I received from Frank this go-around. It saddens me because I’d had brand loyalty since the Slacker days.
