Love the app and compatibility but...

I would give 5 stars if you would add the “talk” feature to the Amcrest product line. The cameras have that capability but the app does not allow. Thanks
Can’t close audio after updating to IOS 11

After updating phone to IOS 11 the app remains in the background even when not in use. In order to stop the audio I now have to turn off and restart my phone each time. Avoid until this is resolved!

I have tried every single foscam app out there this is the only one that has really worked and is stable. I rarely pay for apps this one is actually worth it. I love the way it finds the cameras and fills in most of the most of the information. This works better than seeing the cameras on my PC
Audio alert/alarm cannot close with ios11

Even if the program is removed from the back ground, audio alert is still running, please fix!!! One in a while the audio still running on the background message will pop up and I can hold down the message and select stop, but this does not happen all the time. Pretty frustrating now that I have to restart the phone to truly close the program.

It crashes on my iPhone 6+ and iPad Air 2. Worked great up until the update.. Now it will not record, just crashes...
Live Web Feeds Needs Updating

Thank you for your informative and friendly reply. It's a real shame that is the case about the live cam feeds. Maybe in the future you can figure out some way to get more working cameras back in the app. But, I understood what you said. I moved my rating up a star since you were thoughtful enough to directly reply to my review. Again, I hope maybe that can change in the future, I really enjoyed being able to visit the world through the live webcam feeds. Thanks again for that information, for all the work put into this app over the years and God bless.
It does the (basic) job

I like this app better than others tested over the years, which doesn’t mean this one is excellent - it is not, unfortunately. What I like: - Supports the cameras I use (D-Link and Vivotek) - Easy & intuitive interface - Password to open it - Multi-stream (i.e. supports several streams from the same camera) Don’t like: - Misleading buttons that makes you believe you can actually use a particular feature (e.g. 2-way comm with D-Link cameras) - Crashes for no apparent reason, including when adding new cameras - Very basic features and looks. It could use some UI renovations and advanced features (fisheye dewarp, motion tracking, etc.) What I miss: - H.265 coded - Fisheye dewarping - Virtual PTZ Keep in mid this one does what it promises. Many others do not. So kudos for the developer who seems to pay fair.

My mom RIP run this app since iPod Touch was insanely popular. Lack of widespread public access to video feeds scaled back development. Longest running app since 2009. As of in late 2017 I rate this app been nice knowing ya! Large delays bringing up full screen

This app seems to work pretty well to show my multiple security cams on one screen but when I click on one camera feed to make it full size - then it seems to take a long long time before this shows up on the screen....
