We have three levels of providers based on their ratings. The higher you are (Pro), the MORE MONEY you can make.
Each provider has the ability to send offers relative to their level. The higher your ratings the better offers you can submit!

When you get your offers, you can review the providers’ profiles. There you can see what skills they have, what other customers are saying, view pictures of previous jobs, you can even see if your friends like them! A virtual “friend who knows a friend” at your fingertips.”

WE MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE WHO YOU SAY YOU ARE!
To browse the App, you are not required to register, but when you decide to post a job or make an offer, you will have to go through process of ID validation and facial recognition.
You will first scan your ID (front and back), and be asked to take a selfie. We’ll then match your face with that of your ID and verify you. Here are some best practices:
1. Make sure that you are in a well lit area.
2. Avoid glares or reflections on the images taken.
3. During the selfie, please come close to the phone until you see a green circle.
BACKGROUND CHECKS ARE A MUST!
Before you can make your first offer, you must acknowledge, authorize, and pass a background check via Checkr. ALL PROVIDERS MUST PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK BEFORE MAKING OFFERS.” So, does this mean that to bring lemons I must first pass a background check?”…Yes! SAFETY FIRST!!!
We want to make sure that our providers are safe as well, so we implemented some some algorithms that ensure there safety, specially during jobs taking a bit longer than expected, like regular checkup notifications, automated calls, and even calls from a live agent.
In the rare event that all of these steps are unsuccessful, LinkIO will contact the local authorities and share the provider’s most recent location, as well as any other relevant information needed.
SAFETY IS OUR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY and we want both clients and providers to use our platform in the safest environment.
