Excellent game but....

I love this game, don’t get me wrong BUT every time I go to Las Vegas I get an error when two advertisements for the games play instead of one, sending me back home. This could be because of my poor WiFi but I’d love it if this were optimized somehow, even a little. Overall though, I love this game and the only other suggestion I’d add is being able to customize our houses (the outside) even a teeensy bit. ♥️

FIRST OF ALL, IT WAS EXTREMELY SLOW, SECOND OF ALL THIS DOESN'T EVEN LET ME OPEN IT!!! THIS STUPID APP IS SO SLOW I JUST HATE IT!! PEOPLE THAT DID THIS, YOU SHOULD THINK MORE THAN THIS STUPID APP, TOTALLY THE WORST APP IN THE PLANET, IF I COULD I WOULD DELETE THIS APP FOREVER SO I SUGGEST THAT BEFORE MORE PEOPLE HATE YOU DELETE IT FOR ONCE THIS STUPID APP!! #$&%@!!

Ok don’t get me wrong the game is fun but today I was saving up for a ten thousand gem item and I had seven thousand coins saved up I came back to the game ten minutes later and I only had four thousand!!!!!

I’ve asked line play to change something that breaks their own statement and they refused and instead copy + pasted the same reply to both my messages. They do not have a lot for males. This app was better two years ago when it seemed as though they cared for every user but now all it is about is money. Lots are leaving and getting bored of this game and the only reason many choose not to leave exactly is because they spent money. Some just sell their accounts. There are a lot of scammers and line play does nothing about them. They won’t add a trading system like we’ve requested since the beginning just because they don’t wanna lose any money if people get what they want. They do not do anything about harassment or bullying either. Save your wallet and time for better things.

I love it so much, it is very entertaining. But I really want to have the little icon that has bingo on it, in the only one who doesn't have it. I thought that maybe others would have the same situation, if so please fix, or add for us.

Love the game! :)) It’s quite fun, as well as addicting, and I enjoy playing it, but would you please make an option where you are able to give somebody else your clothes/pets that you either buy or win from the gachas? My sister wants to quit soon because she’s too busy to play and she has a lot of awesome clothes and two pets. I really want them and I don’t want them to be wasted in the end. Please and thank you for taking this into consideration.
