Useless without background connectivity

kristinpeterson

This app is great, save for the fact that a connection drops if the app is in the background, rendering it useless for me. Update the app with the option for background connectivity (without a time limit that drops connection) and its 5 stars from me.

Background connectivity++

At.Hunt

The desktop client is amazing! So I figured it was an easy decision to shell out $5 for something I could get elsewhere for free. Except that the core use case for Orc is long-running background chats. I cannot use an Orc client that I have to leave in the foreground to work.

Dark theme please

JV1Z

Love the simplicity of it but really wish they had a dark theme. Including background would be awesome :) Keep up the good work!

Background Refresh

Elmore91

Have had this app for a year or so, my only problem with it so far has been not having background refresh as a thing, even of you gotta charge 99 cents for it as an in app purchase id buy it, its a very needed feature and this is the best irc app on ios that ive seen.

No Notifications So Useless!

Without Notification it is useless!

Great app, few suggestions

Love LimeChat (also use it on macOS). The only thing I would love to see is support for hardware keyboards (like on the iPad Pro) - for some reason the chat pane scrolls up even though no soft keyboard is displayed or desired.

Great!

WhyTheNickGuys?

Happy to see this app get an update and get a background reconnect feature.

Keyboard

App is not working on iPhone X. Keyboard does not show. Can’t type messages. Useless. Please fix!

Terrible Vision Accessibility Features

R Encke

This app does not support ios dynamic type for larger font sizes and the largest font size built into the app is still much too small for most visually impaired users, making the app entirely unusable even for the visually impaired person who simply needs a larger font size and doesn't use magnification or screen readers
