Crashing all the time

Downloaded app yesterday. Still haven't placed an order, as it crashes every time. Can't even get to a point of selecting individual pictures, sometimes not even to the point of selecting an album. Really wanted this app to work as Persnickety Prints said this is the only app at this time to order with them.

All I wanted to do was print a few pictures, but to do that I had to switch from a glitchy app to an even glitchy-er website. Ugh. What should have beens so simple was a real pain

Love persnickety and their great products. Hate this glitchy app. Seriously cannot upload photos without it taking days of deleting the app, deleting the pics, redownloading...it just isn't worth it. Fix this, Persnickety Prints, before you lose customers. :(
Love it when it works, but SUPER GLITCHY

The first time I used this app I was so impressed by how convenient it was to select my photos. But it's a real 'hit-or-miss'. Sometime when I scroll up in my camera photos to select prints, the app force closes and I have to start all over again. It will do this several times. I haven't figured out what makes it do this. Maybe I have too many thousands of photos. But when ever I scroll up it shuts down. Hope they fix this, because this app has been a life saver on saving time ordering prints (when it works)!

A user has already used my iCloud account and gmail account to steal photos. I recommend FujiFilm App, Costco App, and Kodak Moments. This app is not very safe!

I get SO frustrated with this app. I take a ton of pictures with my iPhone and iPad and I have major problems uploading them to this app. The website doesn't work on my iPad so it's a bit frustrating I have to take an extra step of downloading them first on the app, then organize and order them on my laptop. It takes SO long to upload photos. It does show all my photos on my phone to upload them. It doesn't allow me to order certain sizes from the app. Please fix this.

I have been using Life Pics for many years. I could be more excited to see an app and then this??? You can't edit anything It's not user friendly. Might as well delete it
