Bad User Experience

Great idea but CVS hired a company who doesn't get mobile user experience and makes this app a pain to use. Lots of UX bugs and unintuitive. Example you have to close and open the program after install for it to read your camera roll. It doesn't ask you to confirm you want to delete cart. So if by accident you hit delete cart, you have to do it all over again. Finally I placed my order but no one is telling me when it may be available for pick up. Not even in my email confirmation. Cvs - you can do better. I hope you didn't pay your agency too money for this amateur execution.

I created an account, uploaded pictures and placed my order for them to be printed at my local Office Depot. I received a price quote, a conformation email, and a order number, but when I got to Office Depot no one there had ever heard of the app and they did not receive my orders.

I downloaded this app and there is no delete option ..i cant delete curtain pics i dnt want and theres no edit option either ..it takes a long time to up load the pics I want to print, and sometimes it up loads multiple copies. Over all I did not like this app at all. They need to make a lot of changes.

After downloading the app, it didn't appear to be working. While trying to connect to a live person by phone I was repeatedly placed on hold where I was disconnected but not before being prompted continuously to use Livehelp on line. While trying to use Livehelp and later email, I was getting odd questions in response to my inquiries, all of which had the answers in them. I am not sure if Livehelp is human customer service or automated. After finally getting actual steps to try, all the app did was repeatedly crash seconds after opening it. The experience helped me decide to delete the app from my ipad and invest in a good printer to print photos myself instead.

Thought this would be my solution to never printing pics for albums and frames, no such luck! Keeps freezing while i attempt to select pictures.

No way to preview a single image large. If you hit preview to see a pic at a reasonable size, you see two images (still too small), then it crashes. End of story.

Very frustrating. Crashes when uploading photos, unable to add them to my cart for purchase. Used all my battery life for nothing, and doesn't even have the company I wanted to use as a photo printing option, despite it being in the description. Settled for CVS but can't manage to make the connection. The search for a decent photo app where I can pick pictures up locally continues. Starting to doubt such a thing exists but certainly not in this app.
