It’s an ok game it’s mostly talking with a person lost in a snowy area.not that fun of a game to play I recommend not to get it at all.sorry for the lovers of this terrible game.(I think this shouldn’t even be an app anymore.

Great!

I loved WhiteOut! It’s the first game I’ve played in the series. I had problems with it in the beginning, where it locked up after playing about 10 minutes. So I deleted it from my phone and then reloaded the game. Second time around I had absolutely no problems and thoroughly enjoyed playing it all the way through! I have already downloaded A second game in the series and I’m looking forward to playing it as well! I hope to meet up with Adams in another game soon!

I LOVE THIS GAME

HsjsRBLX

I completed the game and I don’t want to replay it do I still get to help him after I finish the game

Enjoyed this game

I really wasn’t expecting too much but I ended up enjoying this game more than I expected. I was an interesting way to tell a story through a single character. I love that you can walk away and pick up where you left off when the character is “busy”. I would purchase another like this one again.

It was a great game!

Wow... Just Wow.

Bop pop pop pop pop pop pop

I’ve played these games in the past, but Ive never played one so attaching and in depth as this one. This plot is amazing. I felt like I actually knew Adams while playing this, and I miss him already. I teared up at the ending- I didn’t want the adventure to end. Took me around 3 days to finish, not a short story by any means. I just hope I can see Adams again, and his adorable dog, blue. I hope his feeling was right. Adams out.

Amazing

This is the first review I’ve ever written. And it’s long over due. Years ago I purchased Lifeline and it remains to this day an app outstanding in my mind. I have downloaded so many apps for entertainment over the years that few rarely stick in my head. Lifeline is a breed of its own. Every single production since has been just as wonderful as the first. I would honestly pay more for this app but I am very happy that its cost is more than justified considering the pay off you will get. You develop a kind of weird relationship with the characters in these games. Has an app ever made you cry? Ever made you ecstatic for a character overcoming a hurdle? Welcome to Lifeline. Basically, you easily become emotionally invested while also enjoying yourself. I have tried sooooo many games similar to this (now) franchise since and there’s just none that compare. At all.

Frozen on watch and phone

PJ PalEazze!

This has been frozen at one of the choices. Nothing happens for months.

Help!

Can’t play on my Apple Watch. Won’t go past loading screen no matter what I try. Tried to contact app support but won’t let me submit because I can’t find my “in game id”.

A Beautiful Beginning.

Fate's Edge

(EDIT: 2/11/19 Let me say that no, I’m not paid to write this. And no, I’m not a robot. I’ve edited this so many times over the course of a day, I haven’t bothered with a change log.) Lifeline: Whiteout is perhaps the second best game ever made, second only to Lifeline: Halfway To Infinity in my opinion. TL;DR at the bottom, Spoilers in the main review but not the TL;DR. The reason I took a star off is listed below. Also, there’s a few personal touches and A/Ns below, so if you just want logic, go find another review. Plot: 7/10 (3.5/5 Stars) Pros: Whiteout contains a VERY moving plot, containing elements that aren’t quite in this day, but are certainly tangible, which is how this game took off, compared to Lifeline 2: Bloodline or Flatline. The MC, Adams, is a very charming fellow, in a way, and his reactions to the situation he’s in are incredibly relatable. The plot twists and turns, going from simple survival to uncovering the truth about Adams’ past. It forces you to build a relationship with him, (which Dr. Sibelius notes.) and this decent-lengthened game will satisfy your inner Sci-Fi Geek. Cons: The plot does feel fairly linear at points, which is a common complaint in other reviews. For instance, in the final encounter with Sibelius, there is a conversation option that gives the literal same response from Adams, no matter which you pick. Secondly, the waiting periods. In Whiteout the frequency isn’t as bad as Lifeline: Flatline, (as a reviewer noted, in Flatline, there was one line of text separating two “Wynn is busy” messages.) but it can be a bit annoying. The delay is an important factor in immersion, but after I killed Adams during the “wolf” encounter at the makeshift outpost I flipped Fast Mode on because the wait to get back to present was too much. I don’t recommend Fast Mode, but it’s always an option. Please don’t let this be the reason you don’t buy Whiteout, as it was just a minor annoyance I lived with. Character Developmenta: 10/10 (5/5 Stars) Pros: Adams goes far from the confused, amnesiac standing on a frozen lake. Said above, he’s a charming fellow, and both me and him being male, I still love him in a family-like way. Maybe you will too. He is portrayed with a good moral compass, but isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty when attacked or when necessary. Think of Adams as an above average human, (kind of like a survivalist’s handiness with a touch more athleticism) who has the will to survive, with your help, of course. Cons: None! :D Conclusion, TL;DR Conclusion: This was written on a time crunch, so I’m sorry that it isn’t concise. I felt that I owed it to Adams, so here you are. I killed Adams 3 times, and each time my heart fractured a small bit because I felt that my choices got this fictional construct removed from existence. He exhibits such human emotions, it’s a masterwork. Tips: without spoiling anything, I can give you three important tips. 1. Always be careful. Charging headlong into something is never productive to living, and it never will be. Be as cautious as reasonable, but beware. In this frozen wasteland, wasting time is just as deadly as saving time. Use your intuition. 2. ALWAYS trust Blue. He has better senses than both you and Adams, he won’t lead you wrong. Doing this will save you a-plenty trips to the rewind screen. 3. Never stop fighting for Adams. He’s only human, after all. He’s subject to survivor’s guilt, normal guilt, all kinds of guilt, and being overwhelmed in serious moral situations. You’re his grounding rod, his connection to sanity. This goes without saying, but be his friend. You’ll both benefit from that relationship. 3.5 Also, be VERY, VERY, careful after you find Dr Sibelius’ real office. From that point on, there are no rewind checkpoints, and Sibelius talks for a long time. Play it smart. TL;DR: A 4.5 out of 5 star buy, I would definitely buy again. Successfully changes up the game enough to capture my attention, and still creates that effective human need to see the person you’re protecting survive. Would and have recommend to a friend. Buy this now, likely one of the better $2 you’ve ever spent. - Solace #LongLiveLifeline <3
