Can’t log in

I registered but when I tried to log in I received a message stating it was not the correct information. I then completed the “forgot user name” it said it was sending information to email and it still hasn’t sent. Why not keep the old system that worked fine?!

I was able to create (or so I thought) and account with the email I’m using now but when I tried to log in it told me incorrect information. After failed attempts I decided to try to make a new account with my back up email. It then tells me it’s already in use. So I made a brand new gmail account and it told me the same thing. I’m unable to check my balance without calling due to the old website being shut down already. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

I did put all my information and they didn’t even get to the part where I get a user name click me off .me to sign in without a user name .So I put in Forgot my user name .They ask for the last digits of your Social Security number .And when you put it in Kick you off the app completely .Waste of my time ????‍♀️

Locked out of account

Has anyone ever had a problem with being locked out of your account it will not let you reset the password because the account is locked getting help it’s impossible. This is a ridiculous why have a app if you cannot get in the app after being locked out.

This app worked one time for me to set up the account. I was able to log in that night. The next day it won’t let me do anything. Can’t log in, can’t click forgot password. Can’t even create a new account. No matter what email I try to use it says it already has that email in the system when it does not! I’m so beyond annoyed at this point. I’ve been trying to get back into my account since the app was first created. Go back to the old app!
