I have had the app for several months and it works great. My balance is always up to date.

Can’t get passed password

I’m trying to setup my password and I can’t get my account verified. Emailed support and there’s no help at all so I finally just deleted the app.

Leave it to Louisiana to change from one app that worked to one that doesn’t!

I’ve tried setting up a account and it said it was already registered which is false and if I go and sign in, it says i don’t even have an account. So all in all, this app is giving me the run around and I’ve tried calling the number on the back of the card and help from the app. Still NO HELP
