The fast is sometimes more of a challenge than it should be, but running this simple app is a gentle way of holding me accountable, but without rigidity. I've stopped a fast a number of times and I've completed multiple day fasts. It's all good.
Apple Watch please

I’ve been using this app for over a year. Would be so nice if I could access it on my Apple Watch. I don’t want to switch to another app and lose all my fasting history. Please update to be compatible with the watch.

I switched from Life for the sole reason that it does not have an Apple Watch app to be able to start and stop fasts. The prime competitor has this feature and while I prefer the Life app structure a lot more, the key feature for me is a watch app. Once Life gets on board, I will return.
