Faster energy please
I don’t care for going to the library but love reading because I don’t know what I’m looking for when I go. And I don’t like to commit to a purchase of a book either because what if I hate it or get bored with it I’ll never read it. Libby is an amazing app because I can borrow all the books I want and even return them early if I decide it’s not for me. You can browse through books reading or listening to samples till you find one you’re interested in. I’ve read almost all of the classics, young adults, some historical books, and lots of crime books. It’s the library they have something for everyone and then some!
Very good service, but with some quirks

Libby allows you to “read” a book and have it on your shelf for long amounts of time, even when the hold requests made by other people pile up. People will often finish their books and not return them, so Libby will not automatically return the book for almost 21 days which is a long wait for the 3-4 people waiting for one book. Is it nice to have a library on your phone? Yes. But there aren’t as many copies of books for you to borrow, so may have to wait a very long time and the numbering books available is smaller than that of a real library

Love the convenience of checking out a book without having to go to the library. Also Libby keeps track of how long you have had the book and sends reminders of when it is due or will automatically remove it item from your shelve when due. Good selection of books and audio books. Great and easy to use app especially during the pandemic.
