Great iPad app

bill781

I always use Libby to read the books on my Apple devices. They always sync between my iPad mini and my iPad. I would like to see Libby be able to “recommend”. And not have to go to overdrive

Great app

Got my card signed up it was an easy process and I’m half way through an ebook already

Easy to Use

Crystlklr

I have multiple libraries registered using the app with access to written and audio books. Dowloaded materials can be read and listened to offline.

How do I select specific magazines?

Frk268

With RBDigital I was able to select and be notified when new issues of specific magazines were available. With Libby it appears I can only select genres of magazines, thus listing far more items than I’m interested in. How do I limit the notifications to just the select magazines I want to read?

Pros: Recorded books fit my career & lifestyle, but their costs detract from my financial goals. Libby is the perfect solution. Now I can enrich my mind with a phenomenal array of books, devour them while I accomplish the mundane, and invest in my retirement, so I can someday spend as much time as I please reading for pleasure. And what better way to fund authors, publishers & recording talent than through my tax dollars hard at work in my region’s municipal library system? Plus, this format safeguards me from fees on overdue books! Cons: Often, all editions of popular books are checked out. But a little delayed gratification pays off as I simply place a hold & make due with another book as I wait. Usually, I’m so engrossed I forget this wasn’t my first choice, or that something else is on the horizon.

Great

Great free way to listen to books. I am a member at two different libraries and I can use Libby for both. My wife uses Audible and it costs money. I like free Libby.

Magazines look good, but crashes often

BoxsterBabe

I enjoy looking at e-magazines and Libby looks nice, when it works. I find it quits often.
