I was on the app for maybe five minutes before I would be messaged about “breaking the rules” when I wouldn’t write 3 or more sentences & when I wrote a post for people to contact me if they’re feeling down. And that’s just in those five minutes. So, personally, I do not recommend this Amino.

Administration is very strict.

Upon first downloading the app, I thought it was a great social platform to meet new friends. However, over the last year, the administration over the app has become extremely strict which made it unenjoyable for me. For example, if your blog posts are too short, it will be deleted, and they are VERY strict about the word count. You can only speak English in this app, or else your post will be deleted, which is absolutely ridiculous. Lastly, if you have a differing opinion from the norm of the app (eg: “there’s only 2 genders”), then you could be blocked from posting. This app had potential and was an awesome place to meet new people, but it’s just not worth the download.

This app is great but within five minutes I got banned for being one year under age and I didn’t know I was because here it said the age was twelve but apparently it’s 13 they should make it to 12 to be able to use it because I wanted to meet more people my age.
