IoT that does what? – LG ThinQ Review

So I connect my washer and dryer to my app, I click on the washer, and it gives me options to “Start Smart Diagnosis” and “View Diagnosis History”. Cool.... that’s it? I can’t set custom washes like I was told I could do???
